Together we'll go through:
- Where 'mom shoulders' comes from and how to fix it
- Foam rolling exercises to release chronic tension
- Guided meditation to connect more intentionally with your body
- Core workout flow for stability and strength
- Practical ways to apply it to real mom-life

Robin is a fitness specialist with 20+ years experience. After becoming a mom herself - through both vaginal and cesarean birth - she experienced firsthand how little postpartum support and guidance exists for mothers. It inspired Robin to create ErgoMOMics®, programming specifically for moms to bridge the support gap between pregnancy and motherhood. She has spent the last eight years offering programs, classes and workshops to help moms rebuild their bodies and reconnect to themselves.
